Dr Ikbel was an Ass.Professor in the University of Tunis and has taught pulmonology to many aspiring doctors in the field. She continues to be very active in the field of medical education, and regularly publishes medical articles in prestigious American and French journals, and attending key conferences such as the European Medical Congress.
She is also a member of the European Respiratory Society and the French Society of Respiratory Diseases for the past 10 years.
